How does it work?
Getting your personal report is easy.
- Upload your lease through our home page. Make sure it's a residential lease from England, Scotland or Wales and that it's no more than 20 pages in length.
- Tell us the e-mail address you'd like your personal report sent to.
- Enter your payment details - we accept all major credit and debit cards by secure payment. And you're good to go!
You'll receive an e-mail acknowledging safe receipt of your lease. Then all you have to do is sit back and relax - we'll normally get your personal report to you in 3 to 4 working days.
What if I don't have an electronic copy of my lease?
Don't panic, you can use our postal service! This service is exactly the same as our e-mail service, but because we have to use the normal post, it just isn't as fast.
What if I want to pay by cheque?
You should use our postal service. Again, remember that this takes a little bit longer than if you use our e-mail service.
